Troy-Bilt Snow Blowers

Troy-Bilt prides itself on offering the “Toughest Tools in the Shed.” When it comes to maintaining the landscape and the exterior of a home, the Troy-Bilt product line offers something for everyone.

Troy-Bilt History

The Troy-Bilt mark originated in 1937, bringing to market the first American-made rear tine rototiller. Adapting a German design to meet the needs of the rocky American terrain, the first Model A-1 rototiller was manufactured in Troy, New York by C.W. Kelsey. With great success, the brand has evolved over the years to include products ranging from lawn mowers and standard yard care tools to larger machines designed for agriculture use.

Features of the Toughest Tools

Troy-Bilt manufactures two varieties of snow blowers: single-stage and two-stage. Living true to their motto, Troy Bilt emphasizes greater capacity machines, carrying six different models of snow throwers within the two-stage line, while offering just one blower in the single stage line. Trademark features include the Just One Hand © operation, which allows operators to adjust the shoot direction while operating the snow thrower. Models come equipped with an electric start to allow easy ignition in cold temperatures. Additionally, models include a 4-cycle engine, as well as serrated steel augers for easy and clean removal.
